Tattoo Week São Paulo – Latin America’s largest Tattoo Convention

Luciano, from Kaleidoscope, was one of the many to check out Tattoo Week São Paulo – Latin America’s largest Tattoo Convention.

Every year around 15,000 people a day visit Tattoo Week São Paulo. The event featured around 325 exhibitors. Thirty exhibitors travelled from other countries including Italy, Spain, Portugal, Austria, United States, Australia, Argentina, Uruguay and Japan. There was over three days of non stop tattoo action from the 8 – 20 July. Victor Hugo Peralta (Uruguay) and Gaby Peralta (Argentina) provided an extra attraction at the tattoo convention. Together, this couple managed to be part of the Guinness Book of Records with the title of the most modified couple in the world. (See Luciano’s photo of Gaby Peralta on the very bottom LHS).

Luciano caught up with friends and had the opportunity to photograph Ami James. Many will know Ami as one of the most respected tattoo artists in the world and star of reality television shows like Miami Ink and NY Ink. All in all, Tattoo Week São Paulo was one big buzz and inspiring to say the least reports Luciano.
